Services, designed to provide a one stop for Facilities Managers for those more specialist cleaning and maintenance jobs.
We can provide an extensive range of specialist services for busy Facilities Managers designed to cover most aspects of Building cleaning and maintenance. The range starts from internal and external Commercial Window cleaning, with the use of specialist safe high access for windows, gutter and canopy cleansing operations, (using traditional tooling methods, Reach and Wash , MEWPS, cradles and towers), to high and low level pressure washing using the latest flat surface cleaners, stopping overspray and striping.
The water bowsers used in the pressure cleaning process are self-contained pressure-washers registered with the relevant Water Company and are used in conjunction with flat surface cleaners to reduce over-spray on the work areas.
Any size mobile elevated work platform (MEWP) can be supplied with an operator to carry out surveys or other tasks. Operators have full IPAF training and necessary accreditations.
All cleaning methods use safe working practices fully compliant with the Health and Safety Executive.
Void building cleans/sparkle cleans can be undertaken by one of our mobile teams fully trained to provide a one-off clean of an empty building for that VIP visitor or specialist Marketing campaign backdrop.
Have a problem with pests then we can also provide a pest control service where our Specialist uses the very latest fully registered humane products.
Within our services portfolio we can also provide care-taking/daily office cleaning of premises to complete the one stop shop.
