Caretaker service
We can arrange a programme of different services to match most requirements from a comprehensive daily programme to regular weekly and monthly cycles depending on the level of service needed.
High level access
Using the latest equipment, such as MEWPS, specialist spiders, cradles, aluminium towers and abseiling, we can provide a specialist service with qualified operatives trained to IPAF and PASMA standards, we also have SIAC accreditation. In addition we can offer a specific ‘machine with operator service’ for more specialist applications.
Gutter clearing and sealing
This service is available to suit either a single one off project or it can be designed into a more regular contract depending on the level of maintenance required. A regular maintenance programme could be an advantage particularly where gutters are prone to excessive debris such as falling leaves.
Window cleaning
We can provide services for both internal and external window cleaning for all types of commercial properties, using traditional tooling methods, Reach & Wash, MEWPS, cradles and towers. Specialist safe high access methods are also used and all cleaning methods are fully HSE compliant.
Pest control including pidgeon proofing
In addition to the usual single callout visit, our pest control service includes the possibilities for a regular programme of visits to your premises throughout the year to keep pests permanently at bay. As you would expect our pest control Specialists use the very latest fully registered humane products.
Additionally we can offer specific pidgeon proofing to help prevent them causing costly damage to buildings brick and stonework.
